Graham Wood - Managing Partner

    Graham has extensive global experience across multiple sectors. He has run complex, global organizations with balance sheets in excess of $1.5 billion. He has written extensively about themes in development and humanitarian aid, using his lived experience in 9 countries and his
    work in another 100 countries. He has worked across the UN, governmental, private, and NGO sectors, and his skill strengths are in resource mobilization, change management, mentoring/coaching, and strategic leadership. 

    Graham is driven by values and culture, serving
    the mission and bringing out the very best in the people he works with, creating success in fast-paced, multi-cultural contexts, and embracing change.

    He holds a BA and MA from Balliol College, Oxford, an MSC from Birkbeck College, London University, and is accredited to the Academy of Executive Coaches (UK) and the International Coaching Federation (US). Graham likes to hike, run marathons, and is an avid cricket and
    football fan.
